InvestM Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with expertise in Insurance IT. The role focuses on driving new business acquisition and building strategic relationships within the Insurance (Property and Casualty) sector, while ensuring an excellent buyer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions Insurance (Property and Casualty) accounts
- Build and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate target Insurance (Property and Casualty) org
- Engage CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position relevant IT/Digital solutions
- Create and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and value propositions aligned to retail & manufacturing accounts
- Own the complete sales lifecycle – lead generation, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring an excellent buyer experience from first contact through deal closure
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and value-driven conversations
- Collect and analyze market and client data to identify buying patterns and growth opportunities in retail & manufacturing
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure solution alignment
- Address client concerns proactively and contribute to process improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in pure Hunter / new business sales
- Proven success in selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Data/Digital solutions to Insurance (Property and Casualty) clients
- Demonstrated ability to crack 4–5 new logos in the last 2 years preferably in retail or manufacturing
- Strong understanding Insurance (Property and Casualty) Digital Transformation including Omnichannel & customer exp., Data & analytics, cloud & platform modernization
- Experience selling complex, consultative services-based solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently build pipeline and close deals without reliance on existing accounts
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling mindset
