Ceros is a company that helps brands create engaging digital experiences without code. They are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound sales through pipeline generation and AI integration, focusing on building and maintaining qualified leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Outbound qualified leads, achieving quotas by leveraging AI for high-velocity prospecting
- Responsible for spending 3-4 hours a day prospecting via cold calling to source meetings for your New Business Director
- You will manage multiple vendor-forward and homegrown AI tools, moving seamlessly between platforms to optimize your workflow
- Take ownership of AI agents. You will be responsible for the creativity behind their deployment, monitoring their performance, and auditing their output to ensure brand alignment
- Generate qualified Outbound meetings for our new business pod through sophisticated, high-touch phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Manage the hand-off to sales executives and maintain pristine data integrity within our Hubspot CRM
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Outbound SDR/Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
- The ability to spend 3+ hours a day on the phone
- A strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales
- Comfortable leveraging the AI capabilities within tools beyond ChatGPT and Gemini, like Common Room, Amplemarket, Clay, or similar platforms
- Eager to experiment with new AI tools that streamline your process and make your workflows more efficient
- Ability to write strategic emails and converse professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives
- A willingness to work with others across the sales team and a desire to help build the future of the Ceros sales engine
