Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling rapidly and looking for new colleagues. The Project Manager will execute implementation projects in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them. Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets, milestone dates, and work quality
- Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal & external project stakeholders
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently, ensuring project success
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues
- Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement, acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers
- Coach and mentor project team members, potentially across multiple time zones, to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the team's capabilities
- Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager, overall 7-9 years
- Project Management methodologies (Strong)
