Invert is a company focused on improving drug development through data management and AI. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will tackle engineering challenges, collaborate with product teams, and lead projects to enhance their software offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with peers on engineering and the product team to ship new features, maintain existing ones, and push our technical towards excellence
- Identify problems and solve them, as well as choose how to implement features envisioned by the product team
- Communicate effectively in a remote environment to ensure project timelines are met
- Adapt to fast-paced changes in plans and priorities
- Utilize and teach new AI tools and workflows to peers
- Mentor and empower others in the team
