About this role
Role Overview
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages.
- Develop Dataverse solutions and Power BI reports.
- Integrate enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Graph API, C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Experience supporting Agile software development.
- Required Microsoft Certification PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, MB-230, or equivalent.
