Participate in daily stand-ups across New York and Los Angeles, pair programming, and collaboration
Complete an extensive onboarding covering company context, technologies, architecture, and practices
Access continued online learning via platforms like Pluralsight
Work with managers who are all former engineers
Work with a fully responsive single-page application (SPA) powered by a RESTful API
Contribute to a tech stack that is constantly evolving
Use code analysis tooling to monitor and address technical debt consistently and accurately

1+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Brilliance and passion for software craftsmanship
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
A sense of humor and a friendly personality
Professionalism and maturity
Solid work ethic, tenacity, and enthusiasm for technical challenges
Experience in C# or Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, relational databases, and ORM frameworks preferred
Experience with a commonly used back-end framework (e.g., Rails, Spring, .NET) and front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) preferred
Unit testing experience preferred
Well-versed in object-oriented design and development concepts preferred
Experience in modeling and architecting complicated business domains is a plus
