Role Overview
Lead and own the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions.
Act as the technical authority for F&SCM implementations, providing architectural direction across Finance, Trade & Logistics, and Commerce domains.
Participate in the full ERP system lifecycle including analysis, architecture design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major and minor releases.
Design, develop, and review solutions using X++, C#, SSRS, BI, and .NET technologies, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Create, review, and govern technical design documents, architecture models, and integration patterns aligned with industry best practices.
Lead data migration strategies and execution using DIXF, third‑party tools, Atlas, and custom-developed frameworks, including AX to D365 migrations.
Architect and oversee integrations using web services, OData, SOAP, REST, JSON, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and custom client-server solutions.
Drive Azure-based solution design including Azure services, Azure SQL, and native cloud patterns.
Oversee environment strategy, ALM, release management, and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps, build pipelines, and LCS.
Manage performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization within D365 F&SCM environments.
Lead and mentor development teams, performing code reviews to ensure quality, security, reusability, and adherence to design standards.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and AX 2012 technical design and development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations (minimum 5 preferred).
Experience managing and mentoring development teams while remaining technically hands-on as required.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, data migration, and ALM practices.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MBA).
Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
