About this role
Role Overview
- AI 知识库建设与管理: 协助团队梳理、分类及优化现有的技术与业务文档,参与企业级 AI 知识库的搭建、语料整理与维护工作,提升知识检索效率。
- ERP 业务文档整理: 负责日常项目文档、技术规范等重要文档的收集、归档、格式校对与系统上传,确保符合AI 知识库标准。
- 日常行政与项目支持: 协助团队推进日常数字化项目处理基础的数据录入与交叉验证工作,支持团队的高效运转。
Requirements
- 教育背景: 统招本科或硕士在读,理工科背景(计算机、信息管理、软件工程、自动化、数学或相关工程类专业)优先。
- 核心技能: 熟练使用 Microsoft 365 办公套件( Word 、 Excel 、PowerPoint、 SharePoint 等);对大语言模型( LLM )、 AI 知识库或Prompt 调优有浓厚兴趣或探索经验者大加分。
- 软性素质: 具备极强的细心度与责任感,逻辑思维清晰,做事踏实高效;具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和学习敏锐度。
- 时间要求: 能尽快入职,保证为期 1 个月的全职实习。
