Manage and develop a team of project managers overseeing server rack deployments
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to standardize project delivery
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of deployments
Standardize project management methodologies and track KPIs
Support relationships with key accounts

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Information Technology, or Business)
10+ years of project management experience
3+ years managing a team of project/program managers
Experience leading large-scale data center, server rack, or IT infrastructure deployment projects
Familiarity with data center floor plans, layout optimization, and deployment logistics
Knowledge of server rack hardware, interconnects, and deployment best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
