Lead moderate to large complex brand projects enforcing SLAs and cross-functional accountability to maintain project timelines e.g. brand guidelines, website redesign
Design, develop, and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment, revising requirements as needed to meet shifting goals
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and governance to proactively manage risks and guarantee on-time delivery
Leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure project execution aligns with business intent
Serve as a strategic and tactical thought partner to project partners and cross-functional teams to drive seamless delivery
Build strong relationships and leverage outstanding communication skills to inform, align, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the company
Quickly implement clear frameworks and organization to effectively manage work within complex workstreams
Continuously refine workflows, templates, and project management tools to eliminate bottlenecks and improve the team's creative output
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
At least 7 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
At least 1 year in Brand Strategy, Marketing or Advertising (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
