Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, supportability, and effectiveness analyses
Conduct analyses across all phases of the system lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
Translate customer or product requirements into logical and systematic system solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Perform functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies
Lead the development and maintenance of MBSE artifacts, architecture products, and system models using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or CATIA Magic Suite
Develop system architectures using SysML, UML, and UAF
Apply extensive technical expertise and sound engineering judgment to solve complex problems
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, presenting technical approaches and findings
Support and lead integration, verification, validation, and test events
Mentor junior engineers in MBSE methods, modeling best practices, and systems engineering fundamentals

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
Hands-on experience with MBSE workflows and digital engineering methods
Experience performing requirements analysis, allocation, traceability, verification planning, and validation
Experience conducting trade studies, functional decomposition, and interface analysis
Proficiency with modeling languages such as SysML, UML, and/or UAF
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
