Role Overview
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects
- Identify customer needs and provide advice regarding financial solutions
- Engage with existing customers and prospects to grow loyalty
- Complete needs assessments for tailored banking solutions
- Support customer transaction needs based on traffic
- Generate appointments and build new community relationships
- Address questions and resolve issues raised through audits
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of personal banking products
Requirements
- 2
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
- Registration to sell investment products (Canada only)
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions
- Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products
- Experience in financial services is an asset
- Confident in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
- Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role
