Role Overview
Provide frontline support to patients, providers, and payers
Handling inquiries related to billing, account status, and general revenue cycle processes
Ensure positive customer interactions by delivering accurate information
Resolve routine issues efficiently
Perform all customer service and collection activities across Revenue Cycle
Research and respond to account inquiries in a timely manner
Respond to urgent and escalated issues
Review correspondence queues and document accounts accordingly
Contribute to a dynamic work environment by acting as a subject matter expert
Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in healthcare industry
High School Diploma or GED
CRCR within 9 months of hire
Experience in physician and hospital operations
Compliance and provider relations experience
Customer Service and Call Center experience
