Lead multiple functions/work streams/teams to deliver initiatives on servicing across SYF portfolio
Combine knowledge in financial services with advanced analytics to optimize decision making
Partnering with Enterprise Servicing, Collections, and Planning for performance insights
Develop and implement a centralized view on operational performance, delinquency trends, and benchmarking
Foster an enterprise culture of data-driven decision making and data literacy
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Analytics or related field; OR 14+ years of experience in Financial Services, Customer Service, and Enterprise Operations
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in leadership in Financial Services, Customer Service, and Enterprise Operations
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership across organizational levels & functions
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed with potential for international travel
