Architect, design, and develop high-performance microservices using Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
Lead development of event-driven services using Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streaming patterns, schema evolution)
Own API strategy for RESTful services, ensuring consistent JSON modeling, backward-compatible versioning, and strong API governance
Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, design reviews, and coding best practices
Design and implement ETL pipelines for structured/unstructured data
Integrate microservices with EHR systems using HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and standard healthcare APIs.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
5+ years with developing applications within Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful microservices
3+ years of Apache Kafka (event streaming, partitions, consumer groups, schema registry)
3+ years CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing
3+ years Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud orchestration
2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure)
