Senior Manager – Agile Practice Management

Role Overview

• Drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Medicare Segment
• Manage Agile practice resources and contractors as well as matrixed members of a project team
• Oversee Scrum events and ensure obstacles are identified and addressed
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders
• Develop strategy to monitor and measure team's progress through established metrics
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status of projects
• Manage cost center and project financials including quarterly forecasting of labor and non-labor costs.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in Agile and/or Project Management working with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years experience in leading program delivery efforts within a large organization.
• 2+ years experience in managing a team of PMs/SMs
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Experience with budget forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft, work management (e.g., JIRA), and budget management tools.
