Role Overview
- Help us choose the tech stack, with a focus on how cleanly each option integrates with HubSpot
- Design how our tools work together, and advise on where to simplify or add
- Build and refine our outbound sequences
- Keep our enrichment and data flows clean and reliable
- Manage HubSpot day to day
- workflows, reporting, and data quality
- Document how everything works so it stays easy to maintain
Requirements
- 5
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, building systems, workflows and evaluating and implementing tech stacks
- Strong HubSpot experience, ideally at an admin level
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Apollo, or Unify
- Comfort with enrichment tools, especially Clay and Apollo
- Good judgment
- someone who can weigh options and recommend a path, then carry it out
- A self-directed style that needs little oversight
- Currently using AI as part of their processes.
