Role Overview
- Responsible for the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow SAM Pro platform
- Ensure all module configurations, data models, and underlying tables accurately represent software inventory
- Serve as the technical authority for SAM Pro configuration and data integrity
- Own end-to-end data lifecycle across SAM Pro data domains
- Maintain and optimize core ServiceNow SAM Pro tables
- Configure and support reconciliation engine processes
- Partner with ServiceNow Platform and other teams to align data sources
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration
- Knowledge of software normalization and reconciliation
- Experience in entitlement management and license modeling
- Familiarity with data ingestion and transformation processes
