Role Overview
- Responds to and resolves complex incidents and security issues
- Monitors the operation of systems and networks to ensure business continuity
- Produces detailed reports for management
- Conducts periodic recertification of all tasks and process documentation
- Performs security audits on a regular basis to ensure compliance
- Trains and coaches junior staff
Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- At least two years of information technology or security experience
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or information technology-related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
