- Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation.
Requirements
- Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and accountability.
- Clear speaking voice with strong articulation.
- Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence.
- Strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processes.
