Role Overview
- Supervise training and educating store teams on food safety and quality assurance
- Visit assigned stores to provide food safe-quality assurance monitoring
- Conduct trouble-shooting seminars
- Collaborate with store and company leadership for effective training materials
- Coach under-performing stores
- Oversee new food service projects based on business initiatives
- Maintain a database of training sessions and visits
- Create a training environment that empowers individuals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Physical capabilities to meet job demands
- Ability to operate computer keyboard and mouse
- Capability to view computer monitor
- Ability to hear and speak via telephone
- Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
