Role Overview
- Ensure smooth and effective execution of training projects by managing and coordinating the intake, development, and deployment of training programs
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs
- Accountable for project lifecycle of deliverables
- Track and manage key milestones
- Identify areas for improvement in the invoicing process
- Manage other team members for archiving at the end of projects
- Support any operational audit initiatives
- Create and manage session schedules, invites, meeting links, and room bookings
- Manage production and delivery of printed course materials where required
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience
- Preference for prior training operations experience
