Own sourcing for one or more disciplines end to end, focusing on the specialized and hard-to-fill roles within them
Stay actively engaged in the market—reaching out, building connections, and having real conversations with top talent so you know who’s available, who’s moving, and who to contact the moment a critical role opens
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, translating hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies and building structured pipelines for current openings and future discipline needs
Hunt down niche profiles and rare skill sets at scale, mapping specialists, competitors, studios, and communities where that talent resides
Build long-term relationships with passive candidates so that when the right role arises, conversations are already warm and Behaviour has the advantage
Design and run sourcing strategies that attract the best people in each discipline while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience from the first message
Build talent maps that give Business Partners and hiring managers a clear read on the market, the depth of available talent, and any gaps
Stay current on sourcing tools and techniques and share that expertise across the recruitment team
Requirements
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools
Proven track record of building proactive pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
Self-starter who prefers active sourcing—reaching out and building relationships rather than relying on inbound candidates
Ability to use data to inform mid
to long-term sourcing strategy
Comfortable going deep in specific disciplines and becoming the go-to expert on their talent market
Driven to own initiatives and see them through to completion
