About this role
Role Overview
Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth, enhance capabilities, strengthen the balance sheet, and expand market reach.
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, capital structure analysis, and due diligence for M&A transactions, strategic investments, and debt and equity financing activities.
Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A, investment, and capital raising opportunities; communicate findings through business case memos, financing materials, and executive presentations.
Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, capital markets, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development and financing strategy, while keeping stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
Develop investment theses, financing strategies, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and long-term growth.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, technology stack, and broader corporate growth objectives, including relationships with financial sponsors, lenders, investors, and strategic counterparties.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or venture capital, ideally with a focus on AI, cloud infrastructure, debt capital markets, and/or restructuring.
Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building company models, merger models, or project finance / debt financing.
Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.
