Role Overview
- Join a team of scientists supporting oncology development programs
- Act as Clinical Pharmacology Lead providing pharmacology expertise to multidisciplinary project teams
- Provide clinical pharmacology components to Clinical Study Protocols, Reports, and plans
- Plan, design, and oversee clinical pharmacology studies with operational assistance
- Implement model-based drug development using quantitative approaches
- Execute PK analysis and conduct appropriate PK/PD analyses
- Integrate knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and patient characteristics to optimize doses
- Provide recommendations for clinical doses and dosing regimens
- Contribute to all regulatory documents and support resolution of queries from drug regulatory agencies
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, Engineering or PharmD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interpreting PK and PK/PD data and integrating this into clinical trials
- Hands-on experience with common software tools for PK and PK/PD analyses (e.g., R, NONMEM, Monolix)
