Role Overview

• own headcount planning end to end
• lead budget planning and financial operations
• build and run scenario models under pressure
• drive the org's planning rhythm including annual and quarterly checkpoints

Requirements

• 5+ years in business operations, FP&A, strategy & operations, or headcount/workforce planning
• fluent in Excel and Google Sheets
• experience in full budget planning cycles
• clear communication skills at executive level
• ability to build structure in ambiguous environments
