7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
1+ years experience in Regulated Industries (for Solution Architect)
10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies (for Sr. Solution Architect)
3+ years experience in Regulated Industries (for Sr. Solution Architect)
Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
Ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.)
Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape
Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view to various stakeholders
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Must be a team player with customer qualification of a large scale/enterprise implementation with multiple work streams
Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline is preferred.
