Serve as the strategic owner of Salesforce platform integrity across configuration, architecture, governance, and operational health
Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce automation, with a strong focus on Flow design standards, reuse, testing discipline, naming conventions, and long-term maintainability
Own platform governance for user permissions, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access models to ensure least-privilege access and scalable administration
Partner with Security, Business Systems, RevOps, and leadership to ensure Salesforce administration and architecture align with security and compliance requirements
Establish and maintain system change management processes that support audit compliance, release discipline, change traceability, testing rigor, and documentation standards
Design and optimize scalable platform structures, business processes, and control frameworks that support growth without introducing operational risk
Review proposed system changes for architectural integrity, downstream impact, compliance implications, and supportability
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, rollout, and adoption
Improve platform reliability and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify design, reduce technical debt, and standardize administration practices
Partner with analytics and data teams to improve data integrity, reporting reliability, and executive visibility
Evaluate new platform capabilities, integrations, and administrative patterns with a focus on scalability, security, and business value
Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on Salesforce strategy, governance tradeoffs, platform risk, and operational scalability
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles
Deep Salesforce expertise, including platform architecture, security model design, automation, reporting, dashboards, data architecture, and governance
Strong experience establishing and governing best practices for Flows and other automation frameworks in a high-growth environment
Proven experience designing scalable permissioning models and managing user access with strong control discipline
Strong understanding of change management, release governance, and audit-supporting processes for business-critical systems
Proven experience leading complex systems implementations, platform redesigns, or process transformation initiatives
Clear, practical use of AI to help solve complex systems and operational challenges
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to balance platform governance, compliance, and business usability
Excellent documentation, communication, and change-management skills.
