Role Overview
- Work on assigned tickets from start to end
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage user and data management, reporting & automations
- Ticket Management in ServiceNow
- Testing
- Update currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding
- Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases
- Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Components, SOQL
- Salesforce Administrator certification mandatory and Platform Developer I certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time Management skills
- Attention to detail
- Accountability
- Self-awareness
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
