Global Head of Collateral Monitoring Operations

Role Overview

• Drive the strategic transformation and expansion of collateral monitoring and margin capabilities globally
• Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Lending business
• Lead the strategic development and execution of a global target operating model
• Manage and inspire a high-performing global team
• Oversee all aspects of global collateral monitoring, valuation, and margin call processes
• Collaborate extensively with Technology, Product Development, and other operational teams
• Accountable for functional strategy, budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial services operations
• 8-10 years in senior leadership role overseeing Collateral Management, Margin Operations, or related critical control function
• Deep understanding of wealth management lending products, collateral types, margin methodologies, and associated market and credit risks.
• Strong awareness and practical experience with modern financial technologies, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence concepts relevant to operations and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
