Support and execute patient awareness and education campaigns across digital channels, including social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives.
Design and develop visually compelling marketing assets, including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and patient-facing collateral.
Lead creative design, visual storytelling, and content development to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Manage the development of messaging, branding, and creative execution for product and program launches, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage creative planning and execution for conferences and events, including booth logistics, collateral development, promotional activities, and on-site brand experience.
Make recommendations regarding creative concepts, attendee engagement strategies, and event marketing tactics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Education teams to translate business objectives into effective creative and campaign deliverables.
Assist in planning, building, and deploying marketing campaigns within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and share suggestions to improve integrative tools.
Interact with external vendors, designers, and agencies to support campaign and creative execution.
Track and report on campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations regarding content, creative design, channel mix, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2–4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design
Strong creative skillset with experience in visual design and content development (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred)
Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content best practices
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
