Manage end-to-end domestic and international paid advertising campaigns, including agency oversight, creative development, media buying, optimization, and performance analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., sponsorships, recruitment, media relations, employee communications, sales & marketing) to drive integrated communications and share best practices
Support annual business planning and investment recommendations to align advertising efforts with company goals, including day-to-day budget management
Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency and incorporate industry best practices
Partner with agencies and research specialists to measure campaign effectiveness, recommend data-driven optimizations and stay abreast of competitive activity
Thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail and alignment across teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience overseeing the development and production of advertising creative assets (including overseeing photo/video shoots, digital, social, video, and print)
Experience with media planning and buying
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications
Demonstrated strong, trust-based relationships across all levels, actively contributing to a supportive and highly collaborative team culture
5+ years of experience in the development and production of multimedia advertising or marketing communication materials and content
Experience with world-class marketing and branding activities in a global industrial enterprise requiring strong collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technologies and products into compelling advertising strategies
