Role Overview
Establish and maintain trusted, long-term scientific partnerships with C-suite executives, chief medical officers, chief pharmacy officers, medical directors, and senior payer leadership
Serve as the primary Medical Affairs scientific point of contact for assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and payer organizations
Lead executive-level, non-promotional scientific discussions focused on population health, clinical strategy, quality metrics, and value-based care models
Deliver objective, evidence-based scientific exchange across relevant disease states and therapeutic areas aligned with health system and payer priorities
Support payer and health system understanding of evolving clinical guidelines, care pathways, and emerging science
Requirements
Advanced degree required: MD, DO or PharmD in a scientific or clinical discipline
3+ years of experience in Pharma with demonstrated success in external scientific engagement
Prior experience engaging payers, health systems, or decision-makers
Proven ability to lead complex scientific discussions and manage strategic relationships
