Perform financial, managerial and feasibility analyses, identifying areas of concern and proposing strategies and corrective actions;
Coordinate the financial (budgetary) planning of Cooperatives within the CSS, ensuring process flow and acting as the Cooperatives’ representative with the CAS;
Build scenarios and simulations and produce diagnostics that support leadership decision-making;
Support market studies and the identification of opportunities and trends;
Develop and monitor financial and managerial indicators for the CSS and the Cooperatives, reporting to the required forums;
Provide leadership with studies, analyses and management information;
Contribute, as needed, to the Central’s strategic planning and project processes, leading project management, facilitation methodologies and communications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related fields;
Proven experience in financial planning and/or financial and managerial analysis;
Knowledge of scenario building, financial modeling and preparing diagnostics;
Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar);
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data and analyses into recommendations;
Availability to travel;
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x2) in Porto Alegre.
