Junior Lawyer — Civil Litigation and Arbitration

Role Overview

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings of medium and high complexity;
• Drafting and reviewing memoranda and legal opinions in Portuguese and English;
• Discussion and definition of strategy in collective and individual proceedings;
• Case management and monitoring;
• Participation in hearings, meetings with judges/arbitrators, and oral arguments;
• Direct client contact.

Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
• Prior experience in strategic civil litigation required.
