Provide highly technical advice
Position Wavin as relevant partner for decision makers and designers in the stormwater management environment
Act as technical trusted advisor on climate resilience for clients and stormwater management
Drive the execution of the UCR go-to-market strategy in the country
Assume responsibility for building up a solid project pipeline within the UCR business
Pro-actively seek and develop new business opportunities
Design and calculate systems on a project level
Guide and support the sales team to secure the achievement of objectives in terms of market position, growth and profitability
Provide structured market feedback to Local Product Management
Support in shaping local value propositions
Act as the technical point of contact for the sales team and customers

Degree qualified in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related discipline
Proven experience in technical specification or solution selling ideally within stormwater management
Strong commercial background with active project sales experience
Understanding of the building envelope and construction project lifecycle
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence at all levels
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially astute with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly self-motivated
