Identify weak signals from the field and feed into the product roadmap
Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site, multiple stakeholders)
Contribute to structuring our sales playbook
Participate in training new Sales hires (onboarding, coaching, sharing learnings)

1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales with genuine cold prospecting + closing experience
Native-level French and good written and spoken English for internal communication
Top-tier background: a strong school, or a demanding company
Entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in healthcare / healthtech, or selling a product with regulatory constraints (Nice to have)
Grounding in sales theory (you've read the fundamentals) (Nice to have)
Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo (Nice to have)

Equity (BSPCE)
Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8–12 RTT days per year (depending on the year's public holidays).
Hybrid rhythm from Paris: 3-4 days at the office, 1-2 day per week remote.
