Outside Sales Representative

Role Overview

• Responsible for growing sales to existing customers
• Maintaining strong relationships with all customers
• Developing new relationships that lead to new business
• Working closely with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) assigned to their territory
• Working in the field with prospects and customers to sell products and grow sales
• Determining how to work the territory and which customers to visit at high or low frequencies

Requirements

• High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience in a similar or related position
• Excellent customer service track record
• Familiarity with NetSuite, preferred
• Understanding of E-commerce
• Excellent ability/knowledge of the ERP system
• MS Office; Word, Outlook, Teams
