Role Overview
- Lead the legal function for the Financial Services business
- Design and execute the legal strategy to obtain regulatory authorizations
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ACPR expectations after licensing
- Lead legal work to launch new regulated products
- Manage legal aspects of customer onboarding and migration
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services legal roles
- In-house legal experience at a regulated entity
- Senior legal experience in an ACPR-regulated French entity
- Hands-on contract drafting/negotiation experience and solid knowledge of the regulatory environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
