Role Overview
- Oversee the team responsible for the fulfillment of medical record requests
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Manage department team members and oversee training
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect clinic operations by keeping information confidential
- Act as a liaison for the Billing Department
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of medical records experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
