Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across varying levels of complexity.
Deliver projects against agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
Take full end-to-end ownership of project delivery and outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, setting and managing expectations.
Identify and resolve misalignment between customer needs and agreed scope.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery teams (configuration, content, integrations) without formal line management.
Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and maintain clear project reporting (RAG status, timelines, budgets, risks).
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and helping to enhance delivery processes.

2+ years of experience in project management.
Experience delivering software implementation projects (SaaS experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and system configuration.
Comfortable interacting with customers, building relationships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to deliver accordingly.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality and outcomes.
Highly structured, organised, and proactive approach to work.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate work across project teams.
Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
Eagerness to learn and develop within project management.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
