Role Overview
- Support HR projects across data analysis, communication, and learning initiatives
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data such as headcount, engagement, and turnover metrics
- Create dashboards, presentations, and visual materials for HR programs and campaigns
- Assist with internal HR communications, employee updates, and policy-related information
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
- Maintain HR documentation and support compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- You are currently studying or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field
- Interest in developing your career in HR or people-related topics
- Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a structured way
- Ideally, you enjoy working in an international environment and are fluent in both English and Polish
