Role Overview
- Create high-quality visual design across brand, web, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Design and maintain key website pages in collaboration with the growth team
- Create assets for social media, events, presentations, sales materials, and customer communications
- Contribute to the Stravito design system
- templates, components, and brand guidelines
- Support the Creative Director on projects involving external agencies and contractors
- Help build Canva and Figma templates that make it easy for other teams to work on-brand
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or web design
- A good eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable designing for digital channels
- web pages, social, decks, and marketing assets
- Happy working within a brand system and contributing to its evolution over time
- A clear communicator who is comfortable managing your own workload
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion design experience (After Effects) is a plus
