Perform planned and preventive maintenance, repair and service to hardware solutions such as electronic locks, safes, and other IT equipment.
Participated in testing and servicing new hardware and software products, ensuring functionality and reliability.
Involved in software installation, programming, and development, including laptop configuration and system updates.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Work under pressure in a multinational environment.

Expertise in Microsoft Windows and network solutions, with additional experience in Linux and databases (SQL or others); also possesses carpentry and IT skills.
Experience in technical planning, commissioning, and training of crew in the use and maintenance of products. Experience with ASSA ABLOY electronic lock systems and access control systems will be a plus.
Good spoken and written English, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
