Role Overview
- Assists in the orientation, training, development, and assignment of employees within their department
- Enforce safety regulations
- Identify daily work tasks for team members utilizing work orders
- Accountable for daily/weekly metrics with respect to cost, schedule, quality, and safety
- Inspect components for fit and finish / interpret departmental trends for anomalies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English
- Ability to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to various problems
- Proficiency in MS Office
