Report to the HR Operational Manager in Stockholm and have a dotted line to the Director of Engineering in Kraków within Americas division
Work closely with other HR colleagues and business divisional managers in Kraków and Stockholm
Provide comprehensive and professional HR service to the business including stakeholder management, talent management, mobility, and managing all current processes and procedures
Drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and talent capabilities to assist engineering innovation and growth across teams in Kraków and Stockholm
Partner with engineering managership and managers in Poland and Sweden to direct organizational change and transformation initiatives
Provide proactive HR advisory and operational assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
Cooperate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR programs and assist talent acquisition efforts

At least 4 years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen combined with systematic, consulting, project management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Strong managership, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization
Confident and effective communication in both Polish and English (written and spoken); Swedish language skills or a willingness to learn Swedish labor law and employment practices would be an advantage
Ability to direct end-to-end HR processes and projects while maintaining a positive mindset, high professional standards, and a people-focused approach
