Support the Finance Manager and Management Accountant in producing weekly results, reporting and analysis for the site and customer
Take ownership of the end-to-end procurement process, including raising and monitoring purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier query resolution
Reconcile agency payroll hours and support weekly payroll submissions and invoice consolidation
Maintain accurate financial records, including cash logs, expense logs and month-end reconciliations
Provide clear, accurate data and insight to the operation—helping drive cost control, efficiency and informed decision-making

Experience in a finance, management accounts or assistant finance role
Ideally within logistics or a similar operational environment
Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data, build reports and provide meaningful analysis
High attention to detail with a numerical and analytical mindset
Confident communicator who can work with both finance and operational stakeholders
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
