Role Overview
- Provide project management and support to CQC team operational workflows
- Enable effective team operations and manage assigned projects
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
- Monitor operational risks and dependencies across projects
- Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and reports
- Oversee the continuous improvement of internal processes and governance
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar)
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives in health care is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
