Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of regional strategies for capacity, access and flow to improve system performance and the patient experience
Use provincial and regional data to identify trends, barriers, gaps and opportunities, and translate those analyses into concrete action plans
Build strong partnerships with hospitals, community service providers and internal teams
Promote innovative programs, partnerships and improvement initiatives that increase clinical capacity
Represent the Eastern region at key planning and coordination tables
Requirements
Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or a related field
Clinical experience required
At least eight years of experience leading, developing and supporting teams through projects, programs or personnel management responsibilities within a clinical or complex healthcare environment
Demonstrated experience directing, developing and supporting teams via projects, programs and/or personnel management
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
Knowledge of local health issues, priorities and needs
