Drive a culture of well-being through marketing, communication, and engagement strategies
Seek diverse perspectives from in-country, international subject matter experts
Develop diverse and effective delivery strategies to engage associates
Leverage AI to expedite problem-solving and drive process efficiency
Act as product owner for vendor-delivered technology solutions
Build and sustain strategic networks
Align benefits strategies with organizational goals
Analyze benefits program metrics and drive recommendations
Ensure compliance with regulations
Manage benefits plan financials and relationships with external vendors

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in human resources, benefits, or employee wellness strategies
At least 3 years of experience working within a matrixed environment
At least 3 years of project management experience
At least 3 years of process management experience
At least 3 years of experience with data management and reporting
4+ years of experience in global benefits (preferred)
Project Management certification (preferred)
Process Management certification (preferred)
Professional Human Resources certification (preferred)
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation (preferred)
